Our Golden Sea Moss is harvested in the waters of St.Lucia. Golden sea moss is known to contain 92 of the 102 minerals that the human body is composed of. Some minerals in sea moss include; Selenium and Iodine, which are very beneficial to the treatment of thyroid disorders. Sea Moss also contains Potassium. Potassium helps with mood and mental health. There are vitamins such as vitamin B and C which are known to be very beneficial for the human brain and the immune system,and also are known to shield the brain from diseases and illness.
