We sell natural wellness products including:

Sea moss gel is a perishable product and is shipped with ice packs using expedited 2–3 day shipping to maintain product quality.

We currently ship within the United States to 49 states. Shipping to Hawaii is not available at this time.

Sea moss gel orders are shipped with ice packs and 2–3 day shipping to help preserve freshness.

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible; however, delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier and may be affected by factors outside our control such as weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volume.

Once a package has been shipped, Salty Moss Sea Moss LLC is not responsible for packages that are:

• Lost
   
• Stolen
   
• Delayed
   
• Damaged during transit
   

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Orders are typically shipped using UPS.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If you experience a shipping issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.

Customers selecting local pickup (including farmers market pickup) must pick up their order at the agreed location and time.

If orders are not picked up during the arranged timeframe, product freshness and quality cannot be guaranteed.
